Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the personalized aspect of our custom arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on floral products or custom-made items.

Each order is carefully prepared to meet your specifications and ensure quality at the time of pickup or delivery. We encourage customers to review all order details before confirming their purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
